NORTH BOYS TRAIL AT PETER McEVOY

TROPHY TOURNAMENT

The North's Calum Scott (Nairn) and Matty Wilson (Forres) were sharing 40th place on four-over-par 75 at the end of the first day of the Peter McEvoy Trophy tournament at Copt Heath Golf Club, Solihull in the West Midlands, England.
The boys' tournament has been reduced to 36 holes over two days because of the amount of rain that has fallen on the  course in the past week or so.
Northern Ireland's Aaron Marshall (Lisburn) is setting the pace with a 67.
