Stuart Easton 6th, Will Porter T22 at Nashville, Tennessee

Scots Stuart Easton from Irvine, Ayrshire and Will Porter, the 2015 Scottish U18 boys champion from Arbroath finished sixth and joint 22nd respectively in a field of 80 competitors at this week's Ryman Hospitality college golf tournament at Richland Country Club, Nashville, Tennessee.
Easton, pictured right, a third-year student at Western Kentucky University, had scores of 74, 67 and 75 for a three-over aggregate of 216 over a par-71 course of 6,943yd. He finished eight strokes behind the joint winners, Mitchell Meissner (Rice) (67-69-72) and Dawson Armstrong (Lipscomb) (70-75-63).
Porter, pictured below, a second-year student at Chattanooga University, had ever improving rounds of 77, 74 and 72 for a total of 233.
Rice University (860) won the team title ahead of Lipscomb (865) and Chattanooga (874).
Western Kentucky (876) finished joint fifth in a field of 14 teams.
