Gunn not at his best in Panama

City heat : 14-over-par finish

Jimmy Gunn from Dornoch was heading for a second-last place finish among the 70-odd qualifiers for the last two rounds after returning a five-over-par final score of 75 for a total of 14-over-par 294 in the Web.com Tour's Panama Championship at Panama City.
Gunn's earlier rounds were 69, 74 and 76 over the par-70 lay-out.
The temperatures over the weekend were up in the 80s but Gunn, based at Mesa, Arizona, should be used to the heat by now.
He had back-to-back 6s in his final round - at the par-4 seventh and the par-3 eighth. Gunn did birdie the second, fourth and short 13th in halves of 38 and 37.
