McGHEE OUT OF THE MONEY IN LANCASHIRE

Paul McGhee (Royal Burgess) finished joint 23rd in a field of 38 players for today's 1836 Pro Golf Tour 18-hole competition at St Anne's Old Links Golf Club, Lancashire.

McGhee shot a five-over-par 77 - 11 shots behind the winner by three, Jack Senior (Heysham) who earned £1,000.

Only the top 10 finishers on this mini-tour receive prizemoney.
Nick McCarthy (Moortown) and Matthew Cort (Beedles Lake) tied for second place with 69s and each earned £500.
