CONOR O'NEIL, SCOTT BORROWMAN 

4th AND  5th IN CAIRO

Conor O'Neil from Glasgow finished fourth and Dollar's Scott Borrowman fifth  in the inaugural PGA Mediterranean Tour's Grand Final 54-hole tournament over the Nick Faldo-designed Katameya Dunes course near Cairo International Airport, Egypt today, writes Colin Farquharson.

O'Neil, pictured, had rounds of 74, 75 and 72 for an aggregate of six-over-par 222, finishing six shots behind the Austrian winner of the 8,000 euros first prize, Florian Praegant (72-71-73 for level par 216). He finishes five shots clear of the field.
O'Neil earned 2,900 euros.
Borrowman, who won the tour's first event on his debut as a professional, had scores of 78, 73 and 74 for 225. He earned 1,900 euros.
Stuart Archibald from Basingstoke, Hampshire and Spain's Xavi Puig, winner of the second of the tour's three-event schedule, tied for second place on 221, and earned 4,500 euros apiece. Archibald scored 75, 74 and 72, Puig 75, 76 and 70.
Fraser McKenna finished T16 on 235 with scores of 80, 74 and 81.
Ben Craggs just made the top 20, sharing that place after rounds of 81, 79 and 83 for 243.
