WORLD AMATEUR TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP FOR EISENHOWER TROPHY

BRADLEY NEIL BOOSTS SCOTS IN JAPAN

WITH A SECOND-ROUND 65
A brilliant seven-under-par round of 65 by Bradley Neil (Blairgowrie), coupled with a 68 from Grant Forrest (Craigielaw) lifted Scotland up to joint sixth place - level with England, and only three shots behind leaders Argentina - on the second day of the men's world amateur team golf championship for the Eisenhower Trophy in Spain.
Scottish champion Chris Robb (Meldrum House) had a non-counting 74 as the Scots totalled 271 at the halfway stage.
