GREIG HAS FOUR SHOTS TO SPARE AT EASTER MOFFAT


HUTCH SCORES EIGHTH WIN OF 
TARTAN TOUR SEASON

Greig Hutcheon chalked up his eighth win of the Tartan Tour season with a brilliant round of seven-under-par 64 in the Easter Moffat Golf Club at Airdrie pro-am today (Sunday).
Underlining how well the Paul Lawrie Golf Centre man played, he had four strokes to spare from joint runners-up Christopher Currie (Caldwell), Stephen Gray (Hayston) and Graham Fox (Clydeway Golf) in picking up the £1,306  first prize.
The three runners-up received £805 each.
Hutch, who won the same event last year with a 67, had nine birdies and two bogeys this time round.
Chris Kelly, meantime unattached, led the winning trio of amateurs - Raymond Logan (7), Graeme Logan (5) and Dougie Destan (14) to victory in the team event with an 18-under-par total of 124
