MONTROSE LINKS MEN'S OPEN WEEK

JOHN DUFF LEADS WITH A 69

Newmachar's John Duff had a two-under-par 69 in the first round of the Montrose Link's men's open week.
He was out in four-under 32 and home in two-over 37.
John birdied the first, fourth, fifth, seventh and fifth. He had bogeys at the 16th and 17th.
Next best were Ross Coull (36-36) and ~Gavin Hemsley (34-38) with one-over-par 72s.
