RESTARTING AFTER 1hr 40min DELAY

LATER NEWS:
Play will resume at 11.50am - a suspension duration of some 1hr 40min
David Law, first-day leader with a 68, was scheduled to be in the last group off the tee at 1.15pm. That will now be 2.55pm with an estimated finishing time of 7.30pm.
