BIG SCOT HAS A VERY HAPPY 51ST BIRTHDAY

MONTY ALMOST THE MILLION DOLLAR

MAN THIS YEAR ON US SENIORS TOUR

Colin Montgomerie had his 51st birthday today and he couldn't be happier.
At the weekend Colin finished joint sixth on 10-under-par 206, five shots behind winner Tom Lehman, in the US Champions Tour's Encompass Championship at North Shore Country Club, Glenview, Illinois.
Monty has now earned close to a million dollars on the 2014 American over-50s' circuit - $936,729 to be precise.
And he is third behind Bernhard Lanager and Jay Haas in the Charles Schwab Cup points standings.
The big Scot leads the Champions Tour in putting stats. Colin is averaging 27.96 putts per round with a low of 23.
