LANARKSHIRE WIN TIGHT GAME WITH STIRLINGSHIRE

Lanarkshire had a narrow 4.5-3.5 victory over Stirlingshire at Hamilton today to record their third victory in a row in the West of Scotland inter-county A-League. 
Colin Baird was the hero of the hour, turning a one-hole deficit after 15 into a one-hole victory with a strong finish.

Steven Rennie (Drumpellier) lost to Ryan Campbell  (Falkirk)  2 holes

Colin Baird (Bothwell Castle) bt Eric  Gall (Falkirk Tryst) 1 hole.
Robert Jenkins (Crow Wood) halved with Chris Lawton (Falkirk Tryst).
Jamie Lamb (Lanark) lost to Gary Shepherd 2 holes
Scott Douglas (Strathclyde Parklost to Steven Aitken 1 hole        
Kenny Gallacher (East Kilbride) bt Ross Kane (Grangemouth) 3 and 2
