SCOTS MEN QUALIFY FOR TOP FLIGHT IN EUROPEAN TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP

Scotland qualified in fifth place for the top flight of match-play in the European men's amateur team championship at Silkeborg Golf Club, Denmark.
They will play fourth qualifiers Germany in the quarter-finals.
France are the top seeds ahead of Ireland and England.
James Ross (Royal Burgess) was Scotland's leader over the two qualifying rounds. He shot 72-71 for 143.
Graeme Robertson (Glenbervie) had 72-74 for 146.
Jack McDonald (Kilmarnock Barassie) scored 74-76 for 150, Bradley Neil (Blairgowre) 75-77 for 153, Ewan Scott (St Andrews) 78-75 for 153 and Scott Borrowman (Dollar) 79-77 for 156.
