GARY TOUGH WINS MIDLAND ALLIANCE AT MONIFIETH

This week the Midland Golfers’ Alliance held the W H Miller team competition at Monifieth over the medal course. 

In cold and windy conditions, Edzell's +1 player  Gary Tough  continued his good form with a level par 71 to win by a shot. 

John Craig (Carnoustie), playing off 4, won the handicap prize with a net score of 69. 

Winners of the team competition with a net score of 63 were Roy Farquhar (Carnoustie) (10), Bob Stewart (Tulliallan) (1) and Sandy Mitchell (The Duke's) (11).
