The West held their third outing of the year at Cathkin Braes Golf Club today.

Early morning rain did not dampen the golfers spirits on what ended up a very pleasant day’s golf.

Scratch winners were:

1^st Robert Jenkins, Crowwood, 68

2^nd Ian Robertson, Dalmilling, 69

3^rd equal  Hugh Burns, Troon Welbeck, John Fowler, Hayston & Len Grindrod , Cawder all  71

Handicap winners were:

1^st Dougie Martin, Crowwood, Gross 75 H/Cap 10 Net 65

2^nd equal James Kinloch, Cardross Gross 72 H/Cap 3 Net 69,

Peter Kinloch, Cardross, Gross 75 H/Cap 6 Net 69,

Hugh MaCartney, Cathkin Braes, Gross 76 H/Cap 7 Net 69

 and Michael McPherson, Dullatar, Gross 76 H/Cap 7 Net 69

Seniors winners were:

1^st John Greene, Cowglen Gross 84 , H/cap 12, Net 72

2^nd Andrew Sturton, Forrester Park, Gross 82, H/Cap 9 Net 73
