LUKE DONALD OPTS OUT OF BIG-MONEY TURKEY EVENT IN OCTOBER

Luke Donald has pulled out of the chance to take on Tiger Woods for £1 million at the Turkish Airlines World Golf Finals in October.

The world No1 will be missing from the unofficial event featuring eight of the game’s top players because of “scheduling reasons”.

He has thus given up at least £200,000, the prize for last place in Antalya.
