Drake, a former Lothians Order of Merit winner, beat Ratho Park's Neil Sneddon 4 and 2 in his semi-final while Deerness recorded a 3 and 2 win over Colin Swanston, the 1999 champion from Uphall. Earlier, Drake ended Keith Nicholson's bid for a fifth title after beating the Haddington player at the 20th in a fantastic match.
