GRAEME ROBERTSON DROPS BACK IN PORTUGUESE CHAMPIONSHP

Stirling student Graeme Robertson fell back to joint 28th place in the Portuguese men's amateur championship after a second-round 77 for a 36-hole tally of 146 at Montado Golf Resort, Lisbon today.
The Glenbervie player had plenty of bogeys but not a single birdie until the long 17th in halves of 40 and 37.
Robertson is six shots behind the leader, Irishman Eddie McCormack who is on 140 with scores of 67 and 71.
Alexander Culverwell (Dunbar) and Sam Binning (Ranfurly Castle) will be thankful there was no halfway cut but they are in danger of being eliminated at the end of Friday's third round.
Culverwell is joint 103rd with rounds of 76 and 81 for 157 whle Binning has had a pair of 81s for 162 and a share of 111th place.
