SCOTS SENIORS LOSE OPENER 5-4 TO TITLE-HOLDERS IRELAND

Scotland were a shade unlucky to lose 5-4 to defending champions Ireland on the opening day of the Senior Men's Home Internationals at Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire today.
England had a similar narrow win over Wales.
Day 2 will see Scotland play England, and Wales meet Ireland.
