WHITE LEADS BY FOUR SHOTS IN SUTHERLAND CHALICE

Defending champion James White (Lundin) has stretched his lead to four strokes with 18 holes to play in the Scottish Fuels Sutherland Chalice 72-hole tournament at Dumfries and Galloway Golf Club.
Balmore's Fraser McKenna closed to within two shots of White on the outward half of the third round, going out in 35 to White's 37 and birdieing the 10 as well.
But White stepped up a gear by coming home in 29, birdieing five of the last seven holes, including four in a row.
White leads on 10-under-par 200 from McKenna and Graeme Robertson (Glenbervie) on 204 with Paul Shields (Kirkhill) and first-round leader Adam Dunton (McDonald Ellon) next on 205.
