LANARKSHIRE NEWS - JORDAN BRYCE IS BOYS' CHAMPION

Jordan Bryce of Strathaven, pictured right with the trophy,  is the 2011 Lanarkshire boys' champion after two excellent rounds of 76 in very testing conditions of heavy rain and strong winds at Bellshill Golf Club.
Runner-up was Ross McLeish of Torrance House with 153 and third was Dominic Dougan of Colville Park with 154.
The handicap winner was David Cross of Hamilton with net 71 and 67 for 138 in the first game out in the morning.
