ALAN BEATTIE JOINS PGA STAFF AT GLENEAGLES HOTEL

Golf Professional Alan Beattie (32), has joined the PGA National Academy at The Gleneagles® Hotel. He joins the team of six at the AA Five Red Star resort which is home to three championship courses including the PGA Centenary Course, venue for the 2014 Ryder Cup.
He said: ‘I’m thrilled to be joining the team at the Academy at what is an extremely exciting time for Gleneagles and golf in Scotland with the build up to the Ryder Cup. This is a unique opportunity and I’m very much looking forward to working with the members and hotel guests and to helping to make their experience here one to remember.’
