Rothesay 36-hole Open: late entries accepted
Rothesay Golf Club still has limited spaces available for this Saturday’s (August 7 ) 36-hole amateur open tournament forThe Bennie Trophy.
The trophy was presented by George Bennie the inventor and engineer during the 1930s and has been competed for every year since. Past winners have included the late Barclay Howard, Gordon Murray, Donald McCart and Lorne Kelly.
Entry fee is £15 with a handicap limit of 9. Entries can be made by telephone to Jimmy Dougal, Club Professional, on 01700 503554.
