Ramsay comes home in 31 for top-10 finish?

Richie Ramsay put his third-round trials and tribulations - which included the threat of a two-stroke penalty for improving a lie (not imposed) and a one-stroke penalty for not marking the place from where he lifted his ball for a lift-and-drop (it was imposed) - to shoot a gutsy two-under-par 69 in the closing round of the Celtic Manor Wales Open.
Coming roaring hom in 31 shots with birdies at the 12th, 13th, 15th and 18th, the Aberdonian looked to have done enough to get a top-10 finish - and cheque.
Ramsay finished on four-under-par 280 with rounds of 68, 67, 76 and 69.
