Alan Ferguson five shots adrift of

leading pair in Spanish seniors

Miguel Preysler's six-shot overnight lead disappeared on the second day of the Spanish senior men's amateur open championship at Costa Ballena Golf Club, Cadiz.
The Spaniard shot a second-round 75 - seven more than his first-day effort - and was joined on the 145 mark with one round to go by Sweden's Tomas Persson who returned the lowest score of the championship so far, a 69 to add to his first-round 76.
Alan Ferguson from Drumpellier is five shots adrift of the leading pair after a 74 for 150.
