Russell Knox eight shots off the
pace at South Bend, Indiana

Russell Knox from Inverness was tied for 37th place after two rounds of the NGA Hooters' Tour event, the Orion Group Classic, at Blackthorn Golf Club, South Bend in Indiana.
Knox, pictured right by Cal Carson Golf Agency (all rights reserved), who spent four years at Jacksonville University, Florida and has stayed in the city area since he graduated last spring, has had rounds of 72 and 71 for 143.
Those with totals of 145 or better in a field of 167 players made the cut.
Irishmen Niall Turner and Sean McTernan are two of five players on the 137 mark in joint fourth place.
Both have scored 69 and 68 to be two shots behind the leader, Kevin Ward from Austin, Texas.
