GRANT CARNIE JT 27th IN TENNESSEE EVENT
Grant Carnie from Ellon, a student at Brevard College, North Carolina, finished joint 27th in a field of 99 players for the Tusculum Invitational men's college golf tournament at Link Hills Golf Club, Greenville, Tennessee.
Rain reduced the scheduled 36-hole tournament to just one round.
Carnie scored a four-over-par 75 (36-39), eight shots behind the winner, Chris Wynn (Tusculum) 35-32.
Brevard College team-mates Craig Galloway from West Lothian and Myles Johnston from Bo'ness finished joint 17th and 40th respectively with scores of 74 and 76.
Brevard College (302) tied for eighth place in the team event won by Shorter College (288).
