WILLEY HOLDS ONE-STROKE LEAD AS PGA
EUROPRO CHAMPIONSHIP IS CUT TO 36 HOLES

Andrew Willey holds a one-shot lead following the completion of round one at the PartyPoker.net PGA EuroPro Tour Championship over the Torrance course at Fairmont St Andrews (formerly St Andrews Bay).
The championship has been reduced from 54 holes to two rounds with the final round being played on Friday.
Although the conditions were considerably easier than on Wednesday, the Ramsdale Park golfer was the only player to record a sub-par round on Thursday and he had to eagle the last to finish on one-under-par 71. Most of the players, of course, played the majority of their first-round on Wednesday before the suspension of play.
Strong winds on Wednesday forced the opening round to be stopped during the afternoon, with play resuming early this morning at first light.
Matthew Cort posted a steady 72 to sit alone at level par, finishing with a birdie to pull ahead of eight men in the chasing group at 73.
They are headed by Order of Merit leader Graeme Clark and his Special Steel Group stablemate Neil Walker.
The Scottish trio of Elliot Saltman, Jack Doherty and Lee Harper also opened with rounds of 73, alongside Chris Hanson, Adam Frayne and Ian Ridgway.
Sandeep Grewal, Robert Steele and Brendan McCarroll are a further shot back at 74, with nine players at three over par 75.
