LLOYD SALTMAN GETS INTO FINAL STAGE
OF ASIAN TOUR QUALIFYING SCHOOL
The Asian Tour authorities have changed their mind and given Lloyd Saltman passage into their Final Qualifying School without having to play in a Stage 1 eliminator.
Saltman will now go straight through to the 72-hole event from December 12 to 15 at Sutera Harbour & Sabah Golf Club.
Saltman's father and manager Jack Saltman made a renewed plea for exemption from the pre-qualifier on the grounds of Lloyd's outstanding amateur career. He has been successful.
Top 40 and ties gain playing rights to the 2008 Asian Tour.
