TIGHT FINISH ON CARDS IN
SCOTTISH WATERAID
ORDER OF MERIT PRO-AM

It promises to be a tight finish later today in the 54-hole Scottish Wateraid Order of Merit pro-am over the Torrance course at Fairmont St Andrews.
Gary McFarlane (Clober) and Peterculter's Greig Hutcheon (pictured right) are locked together in the lead at two-under-par 142.
Gary has had rounds o f 72 and 70, Greig a pair of 71s.
They are one stroke ahead of Mark Loftus (Cowglen) who has scored 73 and 70.
Then, on 144, come Fraser Mann (Musselburgh), Sam Cairns and Paul McKechnie.
The total prize fund is £16,000 so keen competition for the top four-figure cheques.
The top 10 with one round to go are:
142 Gary McFarlane (Clober) 72 70, Greig Hutcheon (Peterculter) 71 71.
143 Mark Loftus (Cowglen) 73 70.
144 Fraser Mann (Musselburgh) 76 68, Sam Cairns (Westerwood) 73 71, Paul McKechnie (Braid Hills) 73 71.
145 Chris Doak (unatt) 77 68, Chris Kelly (Cawder) 75 70, Stephen Gray (Hayston) 74 71, Lee Vannet (Carnoustie Golf Links).
