RICHIE RAMSAY PARS FIRST HOLE - AND
THEN PLAY IS SUSPENDED AT COLONIAL

Richie Ramsay got a par 5 at the long first hole in the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial - and then the weather closed in and play was suspended for the rest of the day at Colonial Country Club, Fort Worth Texas.
The US amateur champion from Royal Aberdeen was in the last group off the first tee at 2.30pm local time.
There were some low scores over the par-70 lay-out from those who did complete their rounds. Anthony Kim is the clubhouse leader at seven-under-par 63, one shot ahead of Ted Purdy and Jeff Maggert.
