SPANISH OPEN CHAOS AS 39 GROUPS STILL
TO FINISH SECOND ROUND ON SATURDAY

It will be after lunchtime on Saturday before the qualifying cut mark at the halfway stage of the European Tour's Spanish Open is known at the new Centrol Nacional in Madrid.
The long suspension of play due to heavy rain on Thursday has caused a long backlog of matches. A total of 39 groups have still to finish their second rounds on Saturday morning.
