A FEW DOLLARS MORE FOR
DAVID KIRKPATRICK

Florida-based David Kirkpatrick from Edinburgh, a Scotland amateur interntional team member in the early 1990s, earned $4,500 for sharing third place in the NGA Pro Tour Winter Series event which ended at West Orange Golf Club, Florida earlier today.
Kirkpatrick had rounds of 69, 67 and 72 for an eight-under-par total of 208. He finished one shot behind the play-off participants, Americans Michael Letzig (73-65-69) and George Bradford (65-70-72) who tied on 207.
Letzig won the play-off and collected the $12,000 top prtize. Bradford pocketed $6,000.

+Each of the 43 qualifiers for the third and final round received a payment from the $81,345 prize fund.
