 EDOARDO MOLINARI MAKES DEBUT

IN PAID RANKS IN HAMBURG

 

Italian golfer Edoardo Molinari, the current US amateur champion, has today announced that he is turning professional after a distinguished amateur career that ended with his participation in the Open championship at Hoylake..

Edoardo became the first European to win the US amateur championship for 95 years. This followed his victories in the 2001 Italian amateur championship and the 2003 Turkish amateur championship.

Edoardo will make his debut as a professional this week at the Deutsche Bank Players Championship in Hamburg,  courtesy of a sponsors’ invitation.

Molinari has signed a long-term exclusive representation agreement with 4SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT AG, the leading Swiss sports management agency.
