WILL PORTER'S BEST FINISH SO FAR ON
AMERICAN COLLEGE GOLF CIRCUIT
Will Porter, the 20-year-old Carnoustie golfer and winner of the Scottish U18 boys championship in 2015, this week recorded his best finish so far on the US college golf circuit.

A former pupil of Glenalmond College, Perthshire and now a student at Chattanooga University, Tennessee, Porter, pictured, finished third with scores of 66, 71 and 72 for a seven-under-par total of 209 in the Memphis Intercollegiate Championship in Tennessee.
Porter was also a member of the winning Chattanooga team, the university's first victory since 2012.

Will’s team-mate Oliver Simonsen won the individual title with a school record score of 21-under-par 195 on a 7240yd course.
