It

final.
Foursomes pair Ally Hain and Jordan McColl put the first point in the final on the board by beating Ally Dick and Graham Robertson 4 and 3.

Aberdour's Scott Crichton, with the help of a hole in one at the 13th, had a square match against Callum Hill (Tantallon).
Fife
and Lothians, area champions a record 13 times since the tournament was
inaugurated in 1977, earned the top seeding in Saturday's stroke-play
qualifying which was also hit by bad weather. Torrential rain forced the
SGU organisers to restrict the stroke-play programme to just one round.
Then morning fog delayed the start of Sunday's final until 12.30.
Fife beat Glasgow 4-2 while Lothians overpowered Stirlingshire 4-3 in the semi-finals.
