CRUDEN BAY PRO-AM


HUTCH AND GILLIES JOINT WINNERS - AND
DALE REID LEADS HOME WINNING TEAM

Peterculter’s Greig Hutcheon, pictured right, and Colin Gillies (Kingsfield) won roughly £1,500 each after finishing joint winners of the £12,000 BP Scotland charity pro-am at Cruden Bay Golf Club today.
They both shot four-under-par 66s to win by a single shot from Dean Robertson and Chris Doak.
Former Solheim Cup players Dale Reid and Alison Nicholas both played in the big field for the double-shotgun tournament, one of the biggest on the PGA Scottish region circuit.
Dale had a personal score of 75 in leading a BP team to victory in the team event with a net score of 57 (better inward half).
Her amateur partners were Robert Dillaway (handicap 15), Brian Miller (18) and Graeme Ferguson (18).
Alison Nicholas scored 76.
