MacIntyre's bogey-free 71 lifts him up to T15 on pro debut

Walker Cup player Robert MacIntyre from Oban, making his professional debut in the MENA Tour's Ayla Championship at Ayla Golf Club, Aqaba in Jordan, improved from an opening round of 78 to a bogey-free 71 with birdies at the 11th and 17th.
The left-hander's three-over-par tally of 149 has him sharing 15th place with a round to go.
England's Luke Joy (69-71) and Henric Sturehed (Sweden) (73-67) share a three-stroke lead on 140.
