Michael Stewart earns £1,400 for T6 EuroPro


Tour finish at Morpeth

Nick Marsh won the HotelPlanner.com PGA EuroPro Tour’s Dawson and Sanderson Classic on the fourth play-off hole at Longhirst Hall, Morpeth in the North-east of England today.
A final-round 73, one-over-par, saw Marsh (Huddersfield)
complete the tournament seven under, the same score as Irishman Brendan McCarroll (Narin and Portnoo Golf Club), who had birdied the last two to record a final-round 70..
Marsh wins £10,000 and also takes home a brand new Motocaddy S3 PRO electric trolley with lithium battery, Bushnell Pro X2 Range Finder and Bolle sunglasses. He climbs to second on the tour’s Race To Amendoeira money list, from which the top five at the end of the season graduate to the Challenge Tour.
 Michael Stewart (Troon Welbeck), pictured right, was the highest finishing Scot in T6 position on 211 with rounds of 71, 69 and 71. He earned £1,400.
Daniel Hendry (Blackstar) earned £700  for a T12 finish on 213 (72-69-72).
Ryan Campbell (Golf in Scotland) finished T26 on 215 (69, 76, 70).
Elliot Saltman (Proformer Management had rounds of 74, 71 and 72 for 217 and a £360  payslip for a T37 finish.
Neil Henderson (Renaissance) (69-74-75) and John Gallagher (Duddingston) tied for 41st place on 218. Gallagher had rounds of 71, 70 and 77.
John Henry (Clydebank and Dist) earned £285 for a T52 finished on 220 (75-69-76) while Wallace Booth had a last-round nightmare with an 80 after two steady 71s. The Pitlochry player earned £260 for a T58 finish.
