Lanarkshire beat Fife in boys' match at Burntisland

Lanarkshire boys beat Fife boys 5.5-2.5 on Sunday in their annual friendly at Burntisland Golf Club. The game started in slight drizzle but the sun came out and ended in brilliant sunshine. The course was in excellent condition and the game was played in a great  spirit with the host club providing  superb facilities and hospitality.

Lanarkshire boys first
Kieran McAllister (Easter Moffat) bt Stuart Philp (Lundin) 3 and 2.
Scott Thomson (Drumpellier) lost to Liam Duncan (Dunnikier Park) 7 and 5.
Scott MacPherson (Bothwell Castle) halved with Dean Walsh (Lochgelly).
Jack Emerson (East Kilbride) bt Jack Lockhart (Pitreavie) 6 and 5. 
Fraser Merriweather (Carluke) bt Ciar Chalmers (Lochgelly) 3 and 2.
Euan Graham (Hamilton) lost to Finlay Sey (St Andrews New) 4 and 2.
Lewis Graham (Hamilton) bt Joe Meldrum (Burntisland) 4 and 2.
Scott Littlejohn (Colville Park) bt Kieran Page (Burntisland) 3 and 1.
 
Lanarkshire boys' next match is a West of Scotland League fixture against Glasgow boys at Easter Moffat on Sunday, May 21  at 11am
