After opening the Allianz Seniors' Championship with rounds of 71-75, John Daly started his final round at The Old Course at Broken Sound in Boca Raton, Florida with three bogeys in his first seven holes.
That’s when Daly had enough. After the second of back-to-back bogeys, at the No. 7, Daly withdrew from the US PGA Tour Champions event, citing an issue with his sciatic nerve.
But he wasn’t done. Daly then gifted a present to the nearby lake, throwing his putter into the water before walking off the course. Daly did not stop to talk to media.
Daly, 50, has now made 17 Champions' Senior Tour  starts and has yet to record a top 10 finish.
