European Tour Q School Stage 2 at Frilford Heath, Stage 1 at Bogogno, Italy

Kay shares lead but Lawrie and Cameron 

under pressure to get into top 23

Dunbar's Daniel Kay is sitting pretty in a share of the halfway lead at the European Tour Qualifying School Stage 2 tournament at Frilford Heath in the South of England.
But compatriots Craig Lawrie (Paul Lawrie Golf Centre) and Ross Cameron (Saltire Energy) need good scores in the second half of the 72-hole event if they are to figure among the leading 23 and ties who will advance from a field of 94 players.
Kay has had rounds of 70 and 66 to share the lead on 136 with Englishman Luke Cornford (67-69).
Lawrie is sharing 46th place on 149 after are scores of 73 and 76.
Cameron is tied 50th on 150 with rounds of 74 and 76.
A fourth Scot, Jay Taylor, looks out of contention in joint 89th place on 164 with rounds of 85 and 79.

Meanwhile two Scots are competing in a Stage 1 eliminator at Bogogno Golf Resort in Italy.
Aberdeen-born Clarke Lutton, based in Dubai, is lying joint 22nd on 143 after rounds of 70 and 73.]
Chris Doak is tied for 45th place after scores of 71 and 75 for 146.
Leading the field is Swiss amateur Marco Iten with a pair of 67s for 134.
There's a field of 105 players but only the leading 25 and ties will go forward after 72 holes to Stage 2.
