North-east and North figured among the eight qualifiers for the matchplay stages of the GolfKings Scottish men's area team championship after the 36-hole eliminating contest over Dalmahoy's East and West courses today.
And North-east, second seeds behind Lothians, will play Perth and Kinross, who qualified in seventh place, in the match-play quarter-finals.
North, the last of the eight qualifiers, will play top seeds Lothians.
North-east scores were:
136 B Edmond 70 66. 140 A Dunton 76 64, D Morrison 73 67, C Brechin 73 67. 142 C Lamb 74 69. 147 S Roger 78 69.
