McGhee and Adam McCluskey team win at Cawder with a net 59

James McGhee (Whitehill House) led the Adam McCluskey team of Dougie McCluskey (handicap 5), Rab Douglas (18) and David Sherwood (14) to victory in the Adam McCluskey Invitational pro-am at Cawder Golf Club today (Friday).
They combined to returned a best ball net 59, 11 under par.
Two teams finished with net 60s and a better inward half gave the Hillpark Cars trio and professional Iain Colquhoun (Loch Lomond) official second place over the BDO trio whose pro was Mark Kerry (Dalmahoy). The amateurs in the Hillpark Cars' line-up were Craig Brown (12), Ryan Mullen (18) and Thomas Crawford (14).
Professionals' individual scores were not recorded. The first 16 in the final placings earned £200 each.
