 Doherty beats South African cut with a 68 for 142
 
Former Scottish U18 boys champion Paul Doherty beat the cut and moved up to a share of 35th place with a second-round 68 for a 36-hole tally of 142 in the MENA Tour event, the South to East Challenge, at Zwartrop Golf Club, Centurion, Pretoria, South Africa today.
South Africans are now occupying the leading three places following the second-round 73 by Manchester's Haydn McCullen for T10 position on 138.
Bryandrew Roelofsz leads by one shot from compatriots Thriston Lawrence and Bryce Easton after scores of 65-68 for 133.
