Home draw kills Deeside's Junior Pennant hopes
 
Deeside Golf Club's hopes of reaching the semi-finals of the Aberdeen and District Junior Pennant League, sponsored by the Paul Lawrie Foundation, were killed when they drew 2.5-2.15 with Portlethen at the Bieldside course on Sunday.
Deeside needed to win to have a chance of qualifying.
Details (Deeside names first):
Nicholas Black and Henri Charles bt Scott D'Agostino and Ewan Brown 8 and 7.
Finley Simon and Adam Black lost to Brandon Simpson and William Lloyd 2 and 1.
Cameron Imrie and Ross Nicholson bt Lewis Sinclair and Finlay Wallace 6 and 5.
Toby Mitchell and Michael Black halved with Louise Cook and Ashley Wallace.
Peter McPherson and Maxwell Fawcett lost to Murray Sinclair and Pranow Nagauti 2 and 1.
