Jordan Smith wins Red Sea Egyptian Challenge, Scott Henry ties for 11th place

Former Walker Cup player Jordan Smith from Bristol made all the running to win the Red Sea Egyptian Challenge with an 18-under-par total of 270 at Sokhna Golf Club, An Sokhna, Suez.
He shot rounds of 63, 68, 70 and 69 to win the 28,800 euros first prize by two shots from Garrick Porteous (England), Switzerland's Joel Girrbach and Manuel Trappel (Austria).
Scott Henry from Glasgow finished tied 11th  on 275 - five shots behind the winner. The top Scot had four very steady rounds of 69, 68, 69 and 69 and earned 3,420 euros.
The only other Scots to survive the halfway cut were Aberdeen's David Law (Paul Lawrie Golf Centre) and Ross Cameron from Ellon.
Law, who earned 954 euros, finished tied 41st on 281 with rounds of 68, 73, 68 and 72. He had a double bogey 6 at the fifth in his final round.
Cameron finished tied 63rd on 286 with scores of 68, 73, 77 and 68. The Ellon man earned 496 euros
