Craig Matheson's 71 wins last Midland Alliance of
the season at The Duke's, St Andrews
The
Midland Golfers' Alliance held its final meeting of the 2015-16 season with
the SAS Ltd Team Competition at The Duke's, St. Andrews.
Falkirk Tryst assistant pro Craig Matheson shot the low scratch score of the day - a level
par round of 71. He finished a shot ahead of runner-up Mark Pirie (Pitlochry).
Five-handicapper Alister Duncan (Murrayshall) and Chris Westland, who plays off nine at Alloa GC, shared the handicap prize with net 72s.
