 Great Scott! Sandy wins Scottish Junior Tour event at

        Forrester Park

Nairn teenager Sandy Scott won the weekend's 36-hole Scottish Junior Tour competition at Forrester Park Golf Club, Dunfermline despite bogeys at the 16th and 17th in his final round.
Scott had scores of 72, 70 and 70 over the par-74 course for a level par aggregate of 212.
In his last  round, Scot had an eagle 3 at the long ninth and birdies at the 10th, 11th, 12th and 15th before his late slips.
Runner-up, a shot behind the winner, was James Stewart (Old Ranfurly) who had scores of 75, 71 and 67. In his final round Stewart reached the turn in 32 with the help of an eagle at the long seventh. He also had six birdies.
The pair finished well clear of joint third placed Sam Locke (Banchory) (74-72-74), son of Paul Lawrie's swing coach, Andrew Locke, and Robert Watson (Muckhart) (72-74-74), both on 220.
