Steady Scot Sim is T10 in Victorian Open
Aberdeen-born Michael Sim, who became World No 1 amateur after he emigrated to Australia as an eight-year old with his parents, is lying joint 10th on seven-under-par 209 with one round to go in the Victorian Open at the 13th Beach Links, Barwon Heads.
Sim, pictured below, whose pro career has been blighted by a spine injury, has had rounds of 67, 71 and 71 to be six shots behind the leader by three, Australian Adam Blyth (70-67-66 for 203).
