Steady James Byrne finishes T48 in Kuala

Banchory's James Byrne, the only Scot campaigning on the Asian Developmental Tour, finished tied 48th in the PGA UMW Championship at Templer Park, Kuala Lumpur today (Sat).
Byrne had four steady rounds of 72, 73, 73 and 73 for a three-over-par total of 291 - 19 shots behind the Japanese winner, Shunya Takeyasu who scored 72, 65, 68 and 67 for 16-under 272.
